APEX ZANESVILLE CARES | COVID-19 UPDATE

admin

With every press briefing and official statement, we wait with baited breath to learn how to adapt to our “new normal.”  As many businesses are closing and services are becoming unavailable, we wanted to take a moment to remind our patients and the greater Zanesville area where we stand.  Here at Apex, our doors are still open, we are taking measures to ensure the safety of our patients, and we have made adaptations to comply with the precautionary physical distancing guidelines.

We have made a promise to you, and we have made a promise to our community to remain open, and even expand our hours, during this unsettling and uncertain time. Understanding that our older patients and our patients with immunodeficiencies or pre-existing conditions are at the highest risk, we have created more appointment times to allow for a more isolated experience.  We are creating a flexible schedule based on your needs – please be forthright with any accommodations our office can make to ensure you feel safe, comfortable, and at ease.

In addition to opening our schedule, we have also expanded our waiting space to two rooms of our building.  If there is a short wait before your appointment, you will be able to practice physical distancing to stay, at minimum, 6’ from another patient – or, you may stay in your vehicle and you will receive a text or call when it is time to come inside.

As we are a health and wellness facility, a sterile workspace is our standard.  We have strict sanitization practices for all surfaces, public areas (waiting rooms, restroom), and especially our adjustment tables.  Keeping our staff and our patients healthy is of utmost importance to us, and we will continue to take every step to not only comply with, but exceed the expectations brought forth by our state and federal government and the CDC.

This pandemic is not to be taken lightly. We will remain a steadfast pillar of the wellness community and we will continue to treat our patients in a calm, sterile, and healthy environment.
